Who the fuck let this thing in my house
@timberfell asked: oh. oh, he's waited his entire life for this opportunity and his time has finally come. it's alberto's time to shine, and he takes a nice deep breath; he's gotta really wind up for this one. who could have guessed he'd ever actually encounter a real life bruno? " SILENZIO, BRUNO! "
blinking owlishly down at the young boy for a moment, bruno was uncertain on what else he should do. the kid was just.. staring at him. what was that about? was he broken or something? could kids break like that? he’d seemed to shut down the instant that bruno had told him his name. people didn’t talk about him anymore, right? would kids KNOW him? ---- the loud shout caused him to wince slightly, anxiously pulling at a thread on his poncho, before grimacing. that answered that question, he supposed.
“ you’ve heard of me, then.” not a total surprise, but the way in which he had said that.. wasn’t that just familiar in a funny little way? “...you wouldn’t happen to know mi madre by any chance, would you? or are we related? ” his family got bigger everywhere he turned, it appeared, it was as good a guess as any. wasn’t the first time he’d been told to be silent -- not in those words, per say --- but still. tale as old as time, it seemed.
