YES!!! Yes anyone can make a hrihriwa! I also have mutuals who've made their own species of hrihriwa (@itsskoll made swordancers and @aurosoulart made Etlysians) since canonical hrihriwa can't be unicorns :D

I'm currently working on an introduction to hrihriwa and the Roostpan to encourage people to make their own characters and clans, but who knows when that'll be finished!
