It's been a long time since I was a regular listener to the Science Show, but this week they did a cute segment on Science and the Scientific Method in the Discworld books.
(Let me know if they've geolocked it and I'll sort out a workaround.)

Whoa. Ivan Drago is the real Science Guy.
It's weird but I have abs without doing anything, I'm naturally strong and I dont workout
You’re the lucky percentage of the population who doesn’t have to work for abs! I’m inferring (this is an educated guess) you’re a male, as men can gain muscle mass faster, and with less effort than females. Females also carry a lot more fat in their abdominal areas in comparison (when comparing average healthy males and healthy females), which makes it harder for them to get those “ripped washboard abs”. As for you doing absolutely nothing and being fit, I assume that you do perform some form of physical activity and are not just “doing nothing” like sitting around at your computer all day. Genetics are at play here too.
THE SCIENCE SHOW I eat trash
As a piano player, I love that Kris Deltarune plays the piano
As a piano player, I loathe that Kris can play without sheet music
