Shipping Details

1. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer and will be added to the total cost of items purchased. 

2. You will be informed once your order is ready for shipment. Tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or SMS upon request.

3. As soon as the package is shipped, The Shoe Statement is no longer responsible for loss or damage of the package.

4. The Shoe Statement carefully checks the ordered item/items before shipment.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you order the right size. Return and exchange of item of the wrong size would only be entertained if the buyer is willing to pay the shipping (back and forth). However, if the shipped item has factory defect or is the wrong color, The Shoe Statement will shoulder the shipment fee (back and forth).

Shopper’s Guide

Check first if the color and size of your desired pair is available. On stock items will be updated here regularly so check the wall first before sending your inquiries.

If you’re chosen pair is currently out of stock, you will receive a private message when it will be available again. Reservation only applies under this circumstance. Once stock is updated, reserved item will be marked accordingly under your name. Reservation only lasts for three days after stock update. If you fail to confirm purchasing of the reserved item, it will be available for everyone thereafter.

Ordering an on stock item is entertained on a first come, first serve basis. So if you’re sure on getting a pair that’s on hand, jump to How to Order.

Be 100% sure before you place an order. Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be banned.
