Keep in mind these characters would be reasonably spread out with the oldest official members being Dumbledore’s age and the youngest official members being literal children in the 1990’s.

(There is an argument that the S.O.S. was a temporary reinstatement of the Order, but their enemy wasn't the Death-Eaters, so characters labelled with S.O.S. might not be considered part of the Order, although other characters who were part of the S.O.S. but definitely were part of the Order, such as Harry, Hermione, Minerva, Kingsley etc., have not been labelled with S.O.S.)
