"Franklin smiles, as if at a favorite son. Gore’s face and build are indeed chiseled in sharp angles, honed by Victorian virtues. Fitzjames feels the spotlight dim over his own head." INSANEEEE must the terror script do me like this truly...

"some of the marines begin to laugh. not at goodsir, exactly, but more warmly." ohhhhh goodsir you will always be endeared and loved
Reading the Terror script ep 5 and stepping gingerly onto the Hickey x Goodsir ship.
When Goodsir asks Hickey if his attempts at flattery really work on anyone, the script tells us:
Hickey can't quite hide his smile at the rare pleasure of being perceived, even for a moment.
I'm FROTHING at the mouth.
Hartnell sets the gun to his shoulder, calms his mind, and gets ready to fire. He’ll only have one shot, so he must make it count--for the men, if not for himself. And in this moment, he understands: the opportunity death gives us is to be closer, not further apart.
BABY BOY!!!! BEST BOY!!!!
ARMITAGE (42)
im not normal about the bridglar moments we get in the script, but especially the scene in ep8 where henry comes to see john in the tent.
john brightens up when henry shows up, but henry feels "caught" bc collins is there. john has been hiding "at least half" of his concern for henry in front of the other men. despite irving's body being right there when they're talking, they have already "endured enough trauma" to be unnerved by it.
and i've been paraphrasing kinda, but this one made me want to end it all so no paraphrasing will be done: "Peglar nods, and leans into Bridgens the slightest bit. How they fit."
i love them so much that sometimes it makes me feel sick.
I'm so SO normal about that face cupping now
