The Valley | a Stardew Valley aruani AU

I said on Twitter that I'd post a WIP on here that I started a couple of years ago called The Valley. It's an aruani Stardew Valley au :)

I love Stardew sm (though I've not played it in a while since I started writing so much again), which is what inspired this. If you guys would like to see more of this, please let me know!

Note that this is not written nor edited up to my current standard; if you guys liked it, then I'd go and work on it so that I could post the thing and finish writing it, but for now, this is what I have to share.

Summary:

After the death of his grandfather, Armin Arlert inherits his farm, nestled in the quaint town of Pelican Town, somewhere in Stardew Valley, a place he previously fled to start a life in the city. On a whim, he quits his dead-end IT job and moves to the valley to try to start a new life as a farmer, in spite of his lack of farming experience. With a mess of a farm to deal with, he's immediately overwhelmed with where to start. But then, another newcomer in town offers her help - Annie Leonhart, a quiet, standoffish woman he can't help but be intrigued by. In the coming months, something grows between them, just as alive and real as the produce they learn to cultivate together.
