Pink rose: friendship

"Miss Erica…" He paused for a bit, not really knowing how to react at the sudden gesture that the blonde girl did before him; offering him a pink rose.

This was definitely strange to him seeing as that they haven’t been on good terms ever since the argument that they had (which was her fault, really). Offering him such a thing made him feel a little uncomfortable because he doesn’t know what her intentions are; whether it to be a sign to say that she was sorry for her actions and that she wished for them to start over, or, whether it be to embarrass him by treating him like some kind of woman. 

In the end, he chose to just accept it since there was really no way on determining what the other was thinking. “… I suppose I should thank you for this.. so, thank you. I’m very grateful.”

Red rose: love

This surprised him because he was used to having her rather yell out loud mean things and even heard her say it to his face or through other people at times how much she hated and was mad at him for not being around.Of course she really didn’t mean it but it still hurt inside although he wouldn’t let it show most of the times.

And now she came up to him to place a red rose right in front of him.No words,just silence as they both knew the meaning of it.
