so long story short, i was supposed to design lights for a show. (i was asked to do this a year ago). a couple days ago i was told the set designer “wanted lights that complimented his set” so he was going to design the lights. i was offered to still run the light board and receive payment. after breaking down and feeling like complete shit, i was told that my car has to be totaled and now i have no car to get me to and from said show. i’m not doing this show, or two of the next shows i was supposed to design for because people are assholes.

now i am missing out on income because some bitch can’t drive and some asshole is a control freak.
