It gets its name from its setting in an old Edwardian chapel with a stunning domed, double-height ceiling. The service is wonderful and the food is amazing. The waiters and waitresses pay attention to every details and take care of everything. With kindness, class and style. I had Jersey rock oysters and ribeye with snails, garlic and bordelaise. Both were perfect. The Babtist lead by Michelin-starred chef Tony Fleming. He built a reputation off sophisticated fish and seafood dishes at Angler, but now he's showing the full extent of his armoury at The Baptist Grill, where he cooks clever, comforting food – classically underpinned but with worldly influences.
