I think the US glad is different then Euro iPhone glass, as mines been down a flight of stairs more then once without a scratch

Thats there whole gig though, as most men are suckers and will tip more.

I generally tip good unless they're just absolutely terrible. 

But if she works for it, or works me for it, I don't mind rewarding her efforts.

I completely agree. Sadly, that’s what most forums are turning into.
