Chapter One: Meet the Bensons!
Taylor and Jennifer Benson are a pair of newly-weds looking for a place to call home. The pair met when they were teenagers and have stuck together ever since. They bounced around from neighborhood to neighborhood looking for a cozy place to start their lives together. They decided on Brindleton Bay for it’s amazing landscape and quietness away from their former large city. The only problem was finding a place to move into.
“I say that we buy the starter one bedroom and add on to it!” Jennifer rubbed her chin looking at her smart phone.
“I say that I dip into our nest egg and we just build a home fresh from the ground up!” Taylor checked his phone. “I have plenty in my savings!”
“If we build a house from the ground up, we need four bedrooms and a large kitchen!” She smiled at him.
“If I give you the kitchen, can I have a guys den?” He asked warmly.
“Of course!” She kissed his cheek.
The pair walked down to where the lot was and walked around the property.
“I think this will do for us!” Jennifer jumped up in excitement.
“Are you sure?” Taylor took his cellphone out. “Once I hit buy, there is no going back!”
“Yes! I am sure!” Jennifer nodded.
Taylor pressed the buy button and the deal was done.
“Well, let start building!” Taylor picked up a hammer.
“I am so excited about this!” Giggled Jennifer.
The pair began their long process of building the house of their dreams, all while imagining the family they so desperately want to have one day.
