1st time out of the house since 10th March 2020! That was for an Ineffable Londoners meet up, today was to visit Mary the Bentley from Good Omens. My #ArtSummary2021. I did a lot of writing still, so some months I chose a fic when I didn’t have an illustration, but some months had a few illustrations. It was hard to choose favourites. I literally drew the #aziraphale over midnight of last New Year’s Eve while fireworks were going off: I’d only got as far as detailing the ear when the new year began so I started the year with “happy new ear” 🤣. And now I can show the Bentley digital drawing off properly. It was done as part of a larger piece (with background & Crowley) for “in love with my car zine” but I like her as she is, on her own. Mary’s real owner, Jeremy, has a print of this as well now, to go with the ink drawing print I sent him last year which he proudly showed me framed in his office when we visited the other week.
