Every year I have to turn people away because we do not have the capability to accept last minute orders. Our desserts are all custom made. We do not freeze our cakes, pies, etc. everything is made fresh and delivered to you. . . Here is why? If we hand make pie crust for 100 + sweet potato pies, once this production is complete we have to prepare the next items. So when you call to place an order for 3 pies, there is NO TIME to go back and make pie crust for your 3 pies, WE HAVE MOVED ON! If we shop to buy ingredients for 50+ German Chocolate Cakes and you call 2 days from the day for one 😵, there is no time to go to the store to buy ingredients for your 1 cake. I can go on and on and on, but I pray you get the 📷. . . I want to be as detailed as possible because EVERY YEAR, EVERY YEAR, people get angry with me because we can't accommodate last minute orders.
