Nature Queen.
Just because someone is made from dead people does not mean it is wrong. Right? (Child having little identity crisis)
@theblindqueen (x)
No, my little mouse. It most certainly does not mean that someone is wrong simply because they have been formed from the death of others.
I am speaking solely on the subject of my own ability. Do you remember our little lessons?
As my own personal mastering of magic has its roots so firmly buried in the elemental, creating something or someone from dead creatures is against the natural flow of those very same elements.
Therefore, anything of that nature that I have a hand in making will constantly be waging a small war against itself in an attempt to find a balance that won't come.
"Are you sure Amma? I am always at war too. I have to hunt, and kill, or else I lose. Then the dark wakes up, and I go to sleep for a little bit."
Grandmother said she would gain more control in time, but for now she didn't have that much strength. The Darkness could make her forget, and then she would wake up atop a pile of corpses, with her belly full and her memory missing another chunk of time.
Even now Kara could feel it, coursing through every part of her body as naturally as her blood...or perhaps just as unnaturally, given its source.
"Grandmother said that she thinks my papa had been fae, like you, but that his magic was for keeping things from dying, or pulling them back when they have only just crossed over. Death to extend life... it is not natural Amma...does that not also make it wrong?"
