SORRY TO DROP IN SO RANDOMLY but i saw youre playing sengoku night blood and i cant find an answer anywhere else OTL could u tell me if theres a way to level up cards quickly or is it endless battle grind only?

Hope you don’t mind me answering publicly, I figured someone else might see this and find it useful…

Yep, raising the card level can only be done in battles so it’s endless battle grind, but with the short one-on-one duels (手合いバトル) you can speed it up a little, without wasting BP. The opponent list refreshes in every 4 hours (I think), and like in normal battles the cards gain some XP even if you lose. 

(Also, an apparently little known fact is that you can speed up or even skip the battles, although the latter is risky if you’re not high level enough and/or you’re facing stronger opponents.)

Note though that the card’s affection level (親愛度) is actually kind of more important since this is what affects the card skills, the higher the affection level (for 3* cards and above this can be 200% at most) the stronger the card. Leveling up multiplies these numbers so it’s useful but to make it worth the grinding you need to work on their love for you, heh. (Sorry if you already knew this!)

why top ranking people already have so many points...? its my first event in months and i feel like i missed a way to get points quickly

whales bby. with the best teams and the unlimited dias and time they have, it’s not hard to gain a lot of points fast. they don’t follow advices on how to save dia, because, well, they can buy dias even in their sleep, so they can do even the 2 hour lives and those  very little 100 pts can immediately make a huge difference in the long run.
