sometimes i think about how healing isn’t linear. how some people are trying to survive silently while still showing up for work, school, family, relationships, and themselves every day.
working as a medical care coordinator, previously supporting women and girls in a residential behavioral health program, and studying behavioral analysis has changed the way i look at people. it taught me that compassion matters more than we realize. sometimes being understood can save someone. sometimes softness can too.
my candle business, the btrfly nest was created from a place of transformation. becoming. learning how to grow through things without letting them harden you.
so for mental health awareness month, i wanted to do something intentional.
our “clear the shop” sale is live through may 31st — 20% off sitewide, and 20% of sales will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
because healing should be supported in every form. 🦋
