It was nice indeed :D maybe a little bit too long, I was starting to get bored, but it was a good experience (and apparently my brother is still shocked I went ALONE whatever)

i’m currently on some meds that aren’t like ‘you can get addicted if u take them too long’ you can just get them over the counter and they’re not foolproof but they work in a pinch and help me relax
i can tell you which ones if you’d like - one is used by people who have bad jetlag and the other is this herbal stuff that’s basically like drinking a big bowl of soothing tea. i take them together, they work on the good days (nights)

I’m actually probs gonna see my GP about all this cause today as been actual hell and it’s kinda getting bad again and I don’t really know what to do. Sleeping has been a problem ever since I can remember but lately it’s just been. Terrible. I can’t live like this.
