You just wanted someone you could talk with, people who could help lift some of the burdens and a confidant that would simply “listen” without judgement. The truth is that there in fact may be people who are God-sent during these times. Our lack of trust, our inability to be vulnerable or ask for “help” prevents us from embracing these people whom I refer to as “The Building Circle.” This talk will provide life-changing techniques to embrace a God-sent Building Circle during our hardest times. My building circle during this hard time changed my life and allowed me to continue believing in myself, my abilities and my future. I learned that it’s okay to be vulnerable, to trust and to ask for help sometimes. And not only is it “okay” it’s necessary.
