Just crystals and essential oils~
Slowly trying to fix up the altar. I hope Dad makes me a small kyuripie table.
Clearly, I am impartial when it comes to oils. I use and buy what I want, so far from Young Living, Plant Therapy and Eden's Garden.
These here are in the bedroom area.
And these bunch are staples on my work space:

For now, I'm just documenting how they've grown~ I am a proud crystal keeper and oilbularya.
As you can see, I am impartial to essential oil brands. I get what I want and what fuels me. My current fave scents to diffuse are Eden Garden's Stay Alert, Plant Therapy's Self-Esteem and Young Living's Abundance. I can now diffuse them too through this dainty bracelet made of smoky quartz, obsidian and some vulcanic rocks.
My first three adopted crystals:
Black Obsidian in free form // Root Chakra - for protection, especially for shielding me from negativity. As an empath, I tend to absorb other people’s feelings so this stone would help draw out all the mental stress and tension.
Amethyst in clusters // Crown Chakra - for healing, the kind that transforms negativity into kindness and love back. It provides calmness, reducing anxiety and pain. It is said to help reduce headaches (which I get quite often).
Citrine tower // Solar Plexus Chakra - for success and abundance, called sometimes as the “light maker”. It emanates positivity and joy, essentials to pursuit of my goals.
Together, they balance for all my needs— success that doesn’t overwhelm, opportunities that present no harm. I am yet to cleanse them with smoke (I won’t use smudging since it is a term for Native Americans) and music. But, I know they found me to serve their purpose. I am also starting to curate a trio or quarter for my work space. Hehe. Will share more once they are complete too.
Here’s how the oils and crystals section at our room looks like. My Diamond diffuser is moving all the time from the office to the sofa, hehe. Maybe I need another diffuser.... HMMMMM.
Work break posting~ If there's ever a favorite work-out buddy, aside from my cat/s, it's this bottle of essential oil, R.C. I
apply a drop of this oil on my chest before a work out and I have felt that I am able to breathe deeper, improving my lifting and meditation. I also never fail to put a drop of this on my mask before going out for a run! I can't say it's solely because of the oil, but you can refer to the other photo for how my VO2max (one of the measures used by runners on cardio fitness) and my pace.
Mixed with Thieves, I diffuse it whenever I feel stuffy, like when there's a sore throat coming up... which we do not want nowadays.
For every activity, there's an oil to make you better~ Truly, amazing!
OIL is WELL: New blends ~
I was so in the zone when I was creating these blends -- healing music playing, asking for my crystals to impart their energy towards each blend, and praying that they serve the intention they were made for.
I've been making blends for the family, and so far, all of it have worked the purpose I made each one for.
New bottles and oils arrived so I made new blends:
Note: They seem empty but they have oils inside. LOL. I am still synergizing the oils for 24 hours before adding carrier oil~

🤍 Sore Throat Spray Thieves, Lemon, Peppermint Bactido/l whomves?! Kidding, but this works like magic. Sore throat gone in minutes!
🤍 Migraine Away Inhaler Peppermint, Frankincense, Lavender This one's for Jervie and myself; 10++ hours on the laptop sometimes takes its toll so this is an easy sniff remedy from that pulsating headache; aside from the "Bye, Headache" roller blend I made
🤍 Abundance Magnet Abundance, Orange Perfect to roll on the wrists and sniff every morning to welcome abundance of opportunities, wealth, wisdom and love~
🤍 Pre-Work Out Boost R.C., Peppermint, Lemon For days when I feel lazy or low on energy; For better respiration when I do lifts and runs
🤍 Boss Babe Blend PT's Self-Esteem I've been addicted to this smell. I am yet to try Valor, but some say it smells similar. For me, this blend simply makes me feel confident and ready to take on the pile of emails coming my way. Made this to share for my lil sister.
🤍 PMS Blend, version 2.0 EG's Gal Pal + EG's Align For my cranky, this-pain-makes-me-want-to-be-a-potato arse whenever the red days come. I've already made one before, see previous posts but this is another version to try.
Again, THESE WORKS FOR US. What works for us, may or may not work for you. I want to invest on our health, since our body allows us to work and protects us from the pesky virus. It might seem crazy to some, but hey, it has helped me with a lot of health problems so take it as my love language sharing these blends to the people dearest to me.
These oils were able to resolve most of the problems I've had for years. I now have better sleep and don't wake up screaming or having a panic attack. Some days, I still feel anxious but these oils help support me emotionally. My VO2Max has also improved since using R.C., even when I run with a mask on. Whenever I feel bloated, constipated or acidic, I no longer gobble on Kremil-S but find myself reaching out to drop DiGize on my navel. It has worked the same way to my family too, and if that isn't investment enough, I don't know what else is.
Abundance.
Often, people correlate it with money, but for me it is much more than that. You see, I no longer dream of having THINGS but moving towards a LIFESTYLE. And that is one that is constantly abundant and thriving - not only with wealth, but with peace, freedom and growth. I am already abundant. Opportunities flow towards me, those I could only dream of then, are coming in waves. But, I open myself to larger possibilities which I trust the Universe is guiding me towards. Call it luck and hardwork, I call it faith and grit. Several times it has been affirmed that I am guided and so, with this oil, I have no other intention than to be open for more and more abundance of growth and success, the kind that makes one bloom again and again. Earlier, I already got 2 great news. I feel it in my gut there's MUCH more to come. Happy weekend everyone.
The Cat Cave | Mapapa-Sana OILS ka talaga!
Mondays are extremely loooong for me and that’s not an exaggeration. I work usually from 10am and have meetings with the Global Projects and Global Leadership Team until 10pm or so.
Monday mornings are crucial to get me in the zone, which is why I start it with 3 of the best things I have — good coffee, good music and essential oils. I made some Kalinga Medium coffee, my fave beans! I also applied some Young Living Essential Oils R.C. on my chest and neck. In a matter of minutes, I was feeling awake. Now, I am reading my Daily Stoic for the day while listening to some calming music... while diffusing R.C. with some peppermint.

That essential oil magic: Toothache
For several nights now, I haven't slept for more than 3 hours. Aside from late night at work, sobrang init at nasakit yun molars ko. I got my dentist appointment cancelled due to needing to observe quarantine the previous weeks.
I checked out YL group, as I usually do, when I am looking for recommendations from fellow oilers about what to use given this and that. I found out that Thieves and Copaiba, due their anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, have helped some relieve the pain. I put 2-3 drops each on a cotton ball then rubbed it around the gums of my affected molar. Lo and behold, after a few minutes, the pain subsided and I was able to sleep. Umulan pa so for the first time in a few weeks, past 6AM na ako nagising! Haha!
Sobrang na-amaze lang ako~ I've been gargling warm salt water and Bactidol, but the pain still remains. Pero eto, literal na drops lang, matter of minutes, okay na agad. Napansin ko na wala na din yun maga sa gums!
