We love our visits to Cheese Bar and it's always a pleasure to have a renowned cheesemonger taste you on a few cheeses for Shift Drinks' 'featured cheese' plate. Chef Annie keeps it simple: one cheese, one accoutrement, one baller cheese knife. Today's selection, featured on tonight's menu, is Face Rock Creamery's 'Clothbound Cheddar' [Bandon, Oregon].
