“Hey, Sherlock?” The young woman was opening cabinet after cabinet in the kitchen of the home of the consultants. “Where on earth is the tea? Everything has been moved....”
He looked up as he entered the room. Sherlock stopped her from opening one of the cabinets, the specimens within needing more time in the dark. “For good reason,” he promised, opening a different cabinet and handing her a canister.

The tests were back and it was true. Janeese had given birth to his daughter, the young woman in his office. Pike didn’t know how to react to the news. Part of him elated to finally have a child. Part of him sad to have missed everything. Part of him angry with the recently depart Janeese Carlisle. It didn’t help that the toxins from Nero’s slug were still coursing through him.
Rather than speak, he turned the PADD toward Number One who faintly smiled at Leah. “You’ll have to forgive him, he’s... having some mixed feelings right now and doesn’t want to say anything that’ll hurt you.”
One stood, her braced legs softly whirring as she made her way to Leah. SHe handed the PADD to her.
"Nice suit." The young woman standing at the crosswalk said the words just loud enough so that the gentleman could hear.
“You’ve got a sharp eye.” James noted, looking over at her.

Somehow this was all Jim’s fault. That fool had said camping on this planet would be fantastic. It was. That is until the natives had decided they were a threat and now they were running for their lives.
Jim was behind them fighting off the creatures as Len dragged Leah along. “This is the last time I go camping.”
"Damn it!"
“A calm mind makes this easier,” he mused, not looking up from the book in front of him. “Just breathe, Leah.”
@thecodesoftheater liked for a starter from Dr. James Wilson
Meeting the daughter of one of his former patients at a coffee shop had not exactly been what he’d expected on his day off, but here he was. Part of him wondered, if even just for a moment, what House would have done if this were him. He knew that his best friend would more than likely have just turned around or ignored that he even recognized the girl, but James Wilson was completely different. He had a goddamn bleeding heart.
Looking at her, he could tell she was having a hard time and taking her mother’s death hard and he knew she had nobody. He sighed, deciding that maybe this was just how he was supposed to spend his day off, by helping someone who needed it. “Look... Leah? Why don’t you let me buy you lunch or something? I think you could use it and maybe I could use the company. It’ll be good for both of us and make me feel just a little bit better.”
