[[ P R E S S U R E ]] How do you cope with pressure? . Pressure doesn't change who we are. . Pressure REVEALS who we are. . If you're in the game of evolving (which all of us are), it requires a deep dive into your psyche to uncover the unresourceful patterns that are holding you back, both consciously and unconsciously. . Pressure is one of the first cabs off the rank to examine because we're swimming in it every day, and the COVID-19 cloud has just added to it. . Most of us make decisions under pressure that keep us safe, but don't necessarily move us forward. . Pressure brings up patterns of avoidance, safety seeking, jealousy, helplessness, inertia and bullshit justification, just to name a few. . Avoiding pressure makes it grow. . For example, I'll get fit after COVID-19, I'll start reconnecting with people in the new year, I'll wait and see what happens, I'm using this time to regroup, I just need to learn a bit more about it, etc. .
