1. There’s nothing to suggest that SCP and Warhammer 40K DON’T (eventually) Occur in the same universe.
2. If anything, both canons heavily encourage this.

Supernumerary Organs, including extra hearts, fused ribcages and whatever the fuck is going on with progenatior glands
Psychic Aura that encourages Obience and Devotion from those around them
The entire concept of Gene-seed is extremely fucked up the longer you think about it

Being 12 tall when you’re a (allegedly) a mammal is a serious problem. Blood only goes through veins so fast. Giraffes have super fucked up oversized hearts and weird muscled veins to cope what the actual FUCK is happening in that circulatory/metabolic system
Some of them have WILDLY nonhuman features
