So I've been watching The Crowned Clown and finished episode 8. As much as I’m happy Hasun is back in the palace with Sowoon, I can’t help, but to be sad that Yiheon is gone. He was all kinds of mess up, but still hopeful, desperate and still had some love in him. We don’t get to see him even redeem himself a bit at all. All we saw was his crazy, ruthless side. The way he expressed himself was so sad. Yiheon was pushed and shaped by everyone and everything. He saw Hasun thrive as an emperor and husband and felt that angst and jealousy. Ugh, he died at the own hand’s of the very person that was trying to save him....my heart hurt. I’m surprised the Queen doesn’t really realize they’re two different people. I enjoy how immensely loyal Minister Lee is to the people. He’s ruthless, but so good hearted. His priorities are so righteous even though they contradict his morals. I wished there was a way to keep Yiheon alive and have Hasun still be king, but it couldn’t be that way. Also kind of surprised Yiheon was disposed of this early on, I thought they would get him to step down again and then come back better then maybe another relapse and then end him....I don’t know. Crazyyyyy.
