Today I'm feeling super tired and I'm seeking emotional support for my fatigue and feelings of being overworked as a result from my lack of sleep. My emotions are skyrocketing and I want to avoid a magnitude of stress that is starting to build up. I will take two drops in my hand and cup over my face to inhale. Literally, I am rewiring my response! This is the power of aroma. Emotional wellness takes time and I'm willing to make the effort to try something new everyday. I am learning more and more about essential oils and wellness... natural solutions and this is inspiring. I've been using the negative side of the Emotions & Essential Oils Wheel first and then looking up more meaning of the oil after experiencing it in the The Emotional Reference Guide book. If will help if I also take moments to focus on feelings I would rather be associating with while receiving the potential healing. But this focus and visualization can be challenging so I am reminding myself to take one step at a time.
