If you could develop the next Zelda game, what would it be like?a Ganon game. a game where we play as Ganondorf. a game where we play as The Gerudo King from the time of the Hyrulean Civil War up until the end of Ocarina of Time (where victory in the final boss fight with Link leads into the Downfall Timeline)I had to delete the literal novel of information I was writing about this game because this post would be too big but honestly, I might make another post one day about my idea for this game because I really need it to happen.if I couldn’t do it about Ganon and had to make the protagonist be a good guy, then I’d make a game where we play as Zelda2 Zeldas, in fact.at the end of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, there are two Zeldas alive at the same time: the Zelda that Link saved from the very first game, and her ancestor that was put under a sleeping curse that Link saved in Zelda 2. somy proposal is to have one of the Zeldas be the “combat” Zelda and the other be the “political” Zelda. And they both co-rule Hyrule. the explanation as to why Link isn’t here to save the day can be that the Zeldas sent him off to a neighboring Kingdom (i.e. Labrynna, Holodrum, Hytopia, etc.) because they had a problem with their Evil of the Month and Link was sent to deal with it. so combat Zelda (I don’t care which of the two) would do the exploring and well...combat and political Zelda would basically play out like a choice heavy story driven game. idkand if the next game had to be about Link just flip the perspective of the game I proposed above. the two Zeldas send him off to a neighboring kingdom to deal with a Threat. bam. it’s great cuz we’ll get to see Holodrum, Labrynna, Hytopia, or a brand new land in a Breath of the Wild style overworld treatment.29. What’s your favorite part of Legend of Zelda games? (ex - Getting all the collectibles, exploring, doing dungeons, fighting bosses, story, etc.)immersing myself in the fantasy of the world. it’s why my favorite Zeldas are those with excellent overworlds, locations, or characters within that world (i.e. Breath of the Wild, Majora’s Mask, Wind Waker)
