Earlier this year the famed Mayor-for-Life Marion Barry effortlessly fought off a handful of challengers winning with nearly 75% of the vote. This time after dropping out of the race the first time around, Jauhar Abaraham is back taking on Mr. Barry by himself. He had an event in Martin’s Lounge at 1919 9th St NW  in Shaw last night with Familiar Faces Band.
