I forgot to check Madeline’s backpack after school on Tuesday. I checked it this morning and found this picture she had drawn. I was a bit taken aback when I first looked at it. Then I really teared up as her little voice said, “I drew our family. See that’s my brother that lives in Heaven.” Oh my sweet darling girl.
