Again, the answer to this is probably inappropriate BUT it is something I will never forget because of what it stands for to me.

Goal

Goal: If my character were to choose one of these as their ultimate goal, what do I think they would choose? The choices are dominance, growth, and acceptance.

I think for Graves, his whole life to this point has been about acceptance. He certainly doesn't like the world that GeneCo has created but he accepts his place in it. Growth isn't something I think there is much to explore with him except maybe personal growth in his relationship with Shilo. (Yes, I ship them okay? leave me alone lol). So with those two kind of out of the way, I think the only one that could possibly work would be dominance.

I don't think of Graves as a dominant person in that he wants to rule over people or control them, but he is dominant about his own life. He controls everything as it applies to him and he makes his own way in life. I think it's more about control and self-direction. He makes his own rules, he fights against GeneCo at every possible step. In business of course, he is dominant given his reputation as a dealer and his command over his addicts, even Amber will do anything for him to supply her.

I think ultimatley he just wants to be revered and respected. I think that would be his goal for dominance.
