I'm quite liking the boys home more than I realised... we get to bake scones for lunch and have them fresh and warm from the oven! I've always put cream first, as I holidayed in Devon more as a child. Today, I can see why it works best... the cream melts deliciously on warm scones, better than butter. 😋😍 Yum! (The Cornish way is jam first). To be honest it doesn't matter which way you eat your scones!
