Okay that maybe sounds stupid but my theory for this episode was that Clara and the Doctor dreamed since the Episode "Listen" where there were the blackboard with the word "Listen" like in this episode the blackboard with the word "Clara!" so if this were a dream Missy wouldn't exist. If Missy didn't exist there would be no woman in the shop and that would mean they need a explanation for the woman in the shop and this would be this woman who wakes up in a different time remembering the numbers they switched and gave it to Clara because she kinda remembers the dream and recognized her...
