Watch Local Natives' blogoteque video of their performance of WKWC. I love them but their NPR Tiny Desk performance was nothing compared to that video.
that's where i first heard that song! that video was really good, and their other take away show is good, too. i guess it was just that one performance that wasn't as great.

1: Talk about the first time you watched your favorite movie.Ahhhh. I have a lot of favorite movies so I’ll just pick one… The first time I watched The Hours (which is also on netflix now btw) was last year when I was at college, with one of my best friends from there at the time and my dorm neighbor. My neighbor had saw it before, and really liked it, but me and Maureen hadn’t, and we all watched it together and nobody talked or moved the entire time, and it was one of those moments where you can feel yourself bonding with the people around you.
2: Talk about your first kiss.Oh god. This is such a bad story. So, I was 15? and it was during the summer, with a boy who had a girlfriend at the time - and we were friends at the time and it was openly known that we liked each other. So it’s the first time I’m over at his house and his parents are away, and we’re talking about everything and we’re joking and being like touchy while we’re joking. And he knew I had never kissed anybody before, and out of nowhere he says something like~ if you wanted me to kiss you, you have to come over here. And then I did. And BAM. It was really weird but nice. If he wouldn’t have had a girlfriend at the time, I wouldn’t really mind the story. But he did, and we both knew it was wrong but yeah.
5: Talk about the best birthday you’ve had.I was never really allowed to have a birthday party with a lot of friends, and since it’s in the winter it’s hard to do things, so they usually suck a lot. But one of my favorites, was I guess my 17th birthday? I was on the swim team, and we had an invitational meet all day on a saturday/my birthday. I did pretty well in two of my events, and our coach actually said he was proud, and I got to spend literally the entire day with some of the funniest kids I’ve ever known.
38: Talk about songs that remind you of certain people.The old All Time Low albums reminds of some of my old friends from high school, because it’s all we would listen and we went to see them in concert like four times. Bruised by Jack’s Mannequin and To Be Alone With You by Sufjan Stevens makes me think of the first guy I loved. Faded by Tyga makes me think of the group of kids I went to the beach with last year, because Andy got so high and just laid on the ground and started singing it, and later me and Erik and Kev turned it into our own dance. Anything Meek Mill reminds of frat houses and a boy from last summer. I Hate College reminds me of Nate because we saw him in concert together, and his guy friends always drink natty and yell “natty trunk/drunk” at each other. Dance (Ass) reminds me of Maureen and getting white girl wasted at college and the frat guys. … I could go on and on and on really haha.
