Well, at least she could follow the sound of sobbing. Eventually, she knocked on the door the crying was coming from, before simply throwing caution to the wind and opening it.

John merely froze up, stopping his tears for only a moment. "...who's there?..." he asked, in a timid, sad voice unlike his growling, normal one. This was followed by a few choked sounding sobs.

Lucidity

Miriam was certain, after at least ten minutes of spying, that the girl who was meandering around Pentel was certainly unlike anyone she'd met before. She couldn't have been a Guardian - she seemed too young for such a job. And she wore such vibrant attire...or at least, far more vibrant than the attire she was accustomed to seeing. 

A spectre? No. She was unlike any spectre the little Elsen had ever seen before, too.

Perhaps she was lost.

It took 10550 a moment to muster enough courage to come out of hiding. She felt somewhat guilty for stalking the girl around, but she seemed so strange...
