most trivial thing they fight over: Everything? Petnames probably because in the end of the day they enjoy the ones they give eachother

who does most of the cleaning: Lucifer, he just needs to snap after all

what has a season pass on their dvr/who controls the netflix queue: As long as Lucifer can watch Community he doesn't mind to be quite honest. But sometimes mulan makes him watch chickflicks.. she actually is probably not a fan of either but it is her way to get revenge on the archangel XD

who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: No one, Lucifer repairs it with a snap of his fingers (and really the heat not working in an estate probably owned by the God of the underworld?)

who steals the blankets: After they had many fights about that, that mainly lead to no one sleeping they got two seperate blankets. But in the end of the day Lucifer doesn't need to sleep, he just does it for fun.. ((and maybe bothers Mulan in her dreams or keeps them nightmare free sdhfb))

who remembers to buy the milk: If Mulan likes milk, probably her.
