Never, Ever, Forget #Repost @timkennedymma (@get_repost) ・・・ Never forget fellow Americans choosing between burning alive or jumping to their death. Never Forget the sacrifice of those police officers and firefighters running once more into the frey to fight to protect and preserve life that never saw another day. NEVER Forget Americans burying empty coffins. NEVER FORGET that for a day we as a people were united. #neverforget #september11 #thefallingman #september11 #september112001 #september11th2001 #USA #AMERICA #september11memorial https://www.instagram.com/p/CE-3ROzJHgX/?igshid=1mo7lx1jy16vn
...maybe he didn’t jump from the window as a betrayal of love or because he lost hope. Maybe he jumped to fulfill the terms of a miracle. Maybe he jumped to come home to his family. Maybe he didn’t jump at all, because no one can jump into the arms of God. Oh, no. You have to fall.

- Tom Junod.
Hay chúng ta ai cũng là The Falling Man, rồi cũng sẽ phải "fall" vào một ngày nào đó.

The photo, taken by Richard Drew in the moments after the September 11, 2001, attacks, is one man’s distinct escape from the collapsing buildings, a symbol of individuality against the backdrop of faceless skyscrapers. On a day of mass tragedy, Falling Man is one of the only widely seen pictures that shows someone dying. -- TIME Source: http://ti.me/2cmE0NS
