Yuri!! I love his design and his voice (the first role I heard from the wonderful Alejandro Saab 💛), and I like how he fits into and complicates Bernadetta's story even if I'm not a fan of the conclusion of their supports. I also think he got one of the best Few3h designs 💜
15. favorite support conversation?
It's a tie between Annette/Felix and Ashe/Marianne! Annette + Felix really speaks to me bc I feel like we see sides of both characters that we don't in other supports, and make them feel like more nuanced characters (i.e. Felix is capable of trying to be nice and having a sense of humor and Annette which irritate Annette, the seemingly un-irritateable). The first time I got their supports it was so sweet and wonderful that I literally changed who I was going to pair Annette with that pt and a new otp was born <3
And Ashe/Marianne feels super organic, I really like that Ashe calls her cute in one of the early supports and I really like how their A-support has an extra line referencing Marianne/Sylvain's B support about smiling if you've achieved it first. It makes the characters feel more interconnected!! and Ashe's response of like "Sylvain, huh?" hammers that home even more and I really really like it.
18. favorite pre timeskip design?
Annette's little loops are so adorable!! And in combo with her bangs I think her design really sells the "book-smart girl trying her best with a cheerful attitude" aspect of her character. Runners up are literally any of the other blue lions + Lysithea and Hilda 💙💛
19. favorite post timeskip design?
I'm going to go with Ashe! It's the very definition of a glow-up, and it's so understated in a really nice way! His hair having a more smooth defined shape shows how much he's grown from the shaggy haired boy he was, but the freckles on his nose reminds us that he's still Ashe, and in some ways he hasn't changed much at all 💙
