Dr. Leonard Williams (Earth 1610 Ultimate Universe) did all that and made a pill that did everything the Gamma Bomb did without the explosion! He also retained his intelligence (and not like Professor Hulk in the movies. #smh) Not wanting to give up the power to return back to his weak form and subservient workplace, he left his family and began terrorizing parts of Africa and Asia becoming a warlord and changed his name to Tyrone Cash. Nick Fury got him to aid him in a conflict by threatening to tell his family that he's alive who he's been sending his drug money to sustain their lives. In the end, Nick Fury killed him.
