"Liz?" Amelia walked into the house slowly, looking around. "I'm home..." She was afraid that only silence would greet her.

The voice startled her out of her thoughts, she blinked slowly before moving from the kitchen table piled high with paperwork. Was that Amelia’s voice? Slowly, she came around the corner to see the young woman and couldn’t help herself as she ran toward her, picked her up, and gave her the biggest hug in her life. “Amelia, it is you. Oh my goodness, I thought I had lost you forever!”

"I haven't seen papa in a while." Amelia shrugged as she walked along the sidewalk with Sadik.

The man frowned a little but shrugged, watching the American eat her rubbery icecream. "Hm, he's working a lot in his new shop, I suppose." He said off handedly and looked down the street when they reached an intersection.

Unfortunately, Amelia didn't look. The car came barreling towards her and the Turk driver wasn't about to slow down. Sadik looked back just in time to run to her and, wrapping his arms around her, picked her up as he continued to run to the other side. When his feet hit the pavement many faces as concerned as his sighed in relief with him as he looked down at her. She looked petrified. "Sh, don't worry. I'm here." He cooed.
