Not at all! It can be in any form you like. Pictures, gifs, writing, video, etc. Whatever you like :) If you’re asking whether you’re required to post something every day, the answer to that question is also no! You can post for whatever day(s) you want :)

Hi. What do you mean by "Please click ‘reset defaults’ once you’ve installed the code"?

With the way Tumblr has redone the customize page for themes, they've actually done away with the 'reset defaults' buttons that there's not need to worry about it!
