〰️ g o o d f e s t 〰️ in a nut shell is wellness festival that makes people feel loved as they are. 🌿 yesterday we covered reiki, astrology, yoga, creativity, mental health, sexual health, intuitive eating, and anti-dieting with over 400 new & old friends. over 2 years ago the founders @kate.van.horn @healthcoachphilly @jenniferh490 (three of the nicest people I’ve ever met) asked me to speak at their first ever event in Philadelphia. I’d never met them or been to Philly but instantly said I’d love to! @thegoodfest has given me: new ideas, new friends, and a new city to love.
