A brick covered grave in a graveyard I often go past. This was done during the 17th and 18th centuries. And only for certain graves. Back then folks had fears of the undead rising from their graves. When it comes to dreams where the person is a deceased loved one, we must be careful. If the dream causes emotional pain after seeing them, then that is a problem. Also, if you are talking, touching and tasting things in dreams with deceased people, this a problem. God is Spirit and we must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. He does not deal with us in our flesh or 5 senses as a form of communication. He never tries to appeal us in this manner. He quickened and communicates Spirit to spirit.
