I got tagged by @rileyrileymeow to do this playlist tag. so basically I’m going to put my playlist on shuffle and list the first 10 songs that play but bcos I have all different genres and songs on my phone, spotify, soundcloud, itunes and laptop - I’m going to play two songs from each of platform and jot the names of the songs down as well as extra info…
PHONE: (1) Falling by The Haim INFO: theyre an indie pop band consisted of 3 sisters and their neighbour ahahah, theyre also one of my top bands I listen to on the daily. Like buy theyre album, I promise you wont regret it. I literally listen to all their songs.
(2) California by Childish Gambino INFO: its a fucking great song made by a fucking great artist. honestly I just love chill, road trip feel songs ay.
SPOTIFY: (3)The Trouble With Us by Marcus Marr (Featuring Chet Faker) INFO: they’re Australian artists, its a pretty chill bop. Also Chet’s one of my fav Aussie artists.
(4) Yumede Aetara by never young beach INFO: they’re an indie Japanese band - I highly recommend them if you like chill beachy feel songs.
SOUNDCLOUD: (5) I Wait by DAY6 INFO: theyre a Korean band, I love their sound but this song has been my jam for a while now. STAN TALENT, STAN DAY6. also my bias is Young K.
(6) Breathe by Lee Hi INFO: First off, this is a ballad AND Lee Hi is my FAVOURITE Korean Female solo artist next to Ailee. So you know this song is going to be bomb, but yeah if you want to cry, listen to this song. The song literally lives to the title, pretty much the message for this song is “Its okay not to be okay, just breathe” - which I think everyone needs to do every now and then 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
ITUNES: (7) Wanted by Go Violets INFO: basically just a feel good song. Also Go Violets was (as in past tense, they broke up) an Australian indie girl band. SLAYYYYY to female artists ✨✨✨
(8) Change by J. Cole INFO: indie, stoner-like and kpop songs are not the only genres I listen to! I actually listen to every genre even country. I don’t discriminate on good music. Even Kendrick and J. Cole (J. Cole’s actually my favourite rapper next to Sehun AHAHHAHA). 😷✨💖
LAPTOP: (9) So Good by Destiny Childs INFO: honestly this is such a feel good song, I just love it also the gats sooooo clean and crisp in this song.
(10) Sunset Lover by Petit Biscuit INFO: I was actually going to use this song for a vlog I was doing but ended up doing a different track. Also this more of instrumentals and a little vocals but its such a beach-feel-good song. I could literally die to this song and know everything will be okay (｡’▽’｡)♡
