have you tried doing the imposter challenge mode in going under?

I tried it several times before I beat the main game and i never even got to shadow jackie. But this ask encouraged me to give it a few more tries and... i still couldn't. it's hard. reminded me why i loved this game though. still highly recommend it to all who haven't played

as an aside, if you're reading this and you need game recs, go ask wix. xe has not steered me wrong with recommendations so far

bart my friend bart for the ask thing?

Sexuality Headcanon: gay 💪 he’s 1/4 people who have taken up the flash mantle who like men to me. except for maybe jay garrick.

Gender Headcanon: cis+ in that i think he’s fine being a guy and presenting as such but he was also raised in VR and sent to the past and had to adjust to an unfamiliar world with unfamiliar social rules and is also neurodivergent so the way he approaches gender is a little inherently different.

A ship I have with said character: konbart is my favorite for him. other people have said why way better than i could at the moment, but its the most interesting to me aside from being sweet :) them being the only two characters to have memories from prior to the reboot among their friend group for a while and that leading bart to tear through time and space to find kon + their similar experiences when it comes to the ways they grew up + i mean… have you read superboy. etc.

A BROTP I have with said character: tim & bart, bart & cissie, and bart & carol & preston from the impulse solo! tim and bart is self explanatory, i think their characters compliment each other and tim understands bart’s strengths well. his friendship with cissie is classic (introduced cissie into continuity, even) and i like how they have each other’s backs. i miss bart’s civilian friends every single day of my life, and while i’m not a fan of the direction they took carol, they were all so important to him and his story and really served to add heart to what Impulse was all about.

A NOTP I have with said character: hmm… bluepulse. very little precedent for it aside from the yj animated show and even then. bart has little to no significance to jaime reyes at all and vice versa and it’s annoying in tags. i think it’d be neat if they were friends though. also not a fan of requited bart/rose but i think him having a crush on her in the titans era was cute.

A random headcanon: rehabilitating “Bart sparks bits of the speed force when experiencing strong or unexpected emotions” from F*stest M*n Al*ve.

General Opinion over said character: Bart Allen is such a special character to me as someone who saw my experiences as an undiagnosed kid in him to the point that i genuinely cried reading Impulse, but even aside from that. At his best he refuses to slow down for a world that refuses to keep up with him and his comics tell you that isn’t such a bad thing. He marches to the beat of his own drum but cares about his family and friends, he’s angry and silly and fun and serious and everything to me. I wish fans would stop treating him as Tim and Kon’s Wacky Sidekick based on that one joke from YJ that got ran into the ground. I genuinely think he is ADHD coded in the most traditional sense of the word. i think everybody should read Impulse, of course, but his appearances in Flash comics leading up to his solo, too, which paint such a good picture of his inherent defiance and early relationship with the Flash family. him being kid flash was a dumbass idea that went against what made him so great and geoff johns owes me specifically money. Bart World No Mercy. Goodnight.

holy shit i really like your bw2 au thats like. so much less frustrating than bw2 proper (and also really fun lol. making whi an actual active character) if i can ask, did you have any ideas for bianca and cheren? they kind of got shafted big time in bw2

AND YES YO Bianca and Cheren deserved better in bw2 too :’o I was thinking that Bianca would stillwork with Dr. Fennel (who still hypothesizes about the Dream world connectingto the light stone), but she would also keep close contact with White (becausethe BW arc totally sets them up as BFFS like where are my Bianca and Whiteinteractions mr. bw2 manga)

Bianca is like “Dr. Fennelis close to a breakthrough in her research!! How are you doing?” and White is like“Great! But I think I’m close to finding the light stone myself now!” Bianca islike “WHAT how??” then White remembers Lack’s mission to find Whi (who has thestone) is top secret so she’s like “It’s… uh… y’know well haha call u latergirl!” *hangs up* 

Since in this au Lackfinds out Whi’s identity earlier in the arc, the whole pendant drama in classnever happened so no one really knows why Lack and Whi suddenly disappear in class(although im not sure if they even knew in the original arc, I have to re-readalksjdsg). But now Cheren is missing two students and he’s miserable becauseeveryone he knows just keeps on disappearing the fuc  Also he’d definitely be more involved with defeatingTeam Plasma neo – as in he doesn’t get frozen in the story AJKGHSD he’d behelping melt the ice with the starter pledges :3

hey, i just wanted to ask if you were ok with people using your hollow knight humanization designs for cosplay? with credit of course

Hi! On the one hand, I’d say personally I would be honored if someone cosplayed the HK humanizations I did- as far as “is it okay to make cosplay based off stuff that I drew/designed” I am 300% for it.

The only possible issue I could see- and this isn’t one I have a say on one way or another- is that the designs are inspired off of hanfu, and there may be some feelings about that. As I have zero Chinese heritage myself, it’s not really my place to talk one way or another and I’m not even exceptionally well-read on the subject.

(if it is okay and you decide to make the costume, I’d love to see pictures!)
