This is the track that got my Mind focused to get back before the rain came.  I was about a mile or so away still and the clouds were darrrrk.  It's one of my "theme songs" haha.  I saw the women's crew team practicing on the river next to me and I thought "man, what strong women...I'm in good company.  What a great day to be a woman!" Inspired. Forward I went, jamming out, ear buds in.

The signs that summer was gone was ever where below my feet; leaves, a bird's nest abandoned on a fallen limb, and that cooler crispness, tho the humidity from the coming rain wasn't holding back.  I was back before I knew it .  Strengthened by grace, by the heart of a Lion.
