WHOLE30 : REINTRODUCTION DAY 5
Before I forget - I ate (another) KNOW FOODS cookie (Lemon) after I posted last night.
I went ahead and ate the rest of the corn today because I didn’t want it to go to waste.
This afternoon I had a headache and got super tired. It came on pretty fast. So now I regret eating the sugary things (cookies and donut yesterday). Not sure if it was from sugar or corn or something else? My sleep throughout the process has ranged from closing eyes around 11:30pm - 1am and waking around 5:15 - 6:00 am. Last night was 1am - 7:30 but I got up around 6ish to feed cats. Didn’t really go back to full sleep afterwards. So don’t know if my sleep schedule is why I’m tired or if it’s from food. I’ve also been getting up to pee EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for over a month now. I don’t think my liquid intake is any higher than before, when I rarely had to get up to pee.
Back to headache mid afternoon, I drank a lot of water, trying to flush my system 🤣. (Now that may cause me to pee.) I forced myself to go to the grocery store and when I returned, or soon after, I felt better. Headache went away without Advil.
My face is breaking out a little more. Again, could be food or the sugar.
Today I had a few strawberries and some mango slices to get the sweet fix. Laying off the KNOW FOODS for now, until done with reintroduction.
I got a cast iron skillet this weekend. So excited to be able to go from stovetop to oven. Breakfast in the skillet:

The mango slices are sooo good. Like a fruit roll up but more chewy.
It’s 10:20, just got in bed. Went to tell this cutie goodnight. 😹 She looked at me and snuggled back into her Olympic summersault diving.
