1. Which group have you thought about stanning, but never seem to get around to it?
-- probably the boyz? i listen to some of their music but haven’t delved deeper than that even though i’ve seen some neat stuff lol.
3. How old were you when you first got into kpop?
-- omg somewhere between 13-15.
5. Have you ever disliked a group/idol? If so, why? (You don’t have to say who it is if you’re scared of getting hate).
-- so many, too many to name. most of the groups/idols i don’t like fall into two categories: 1) don’t like their sound for some reason or another. which is 90% of the kpop genre for me. 2) they’re problematic in a way that doesn’t sit right with me personally.
7. What do you love the most about kpop?
-- the dynamic of the music. yes, most of it is 100% overproduced but it’s done in unique ways that i can’t even be mad about?
9. Who are you favorite western artists (if you have any)?
-- i listen to a lot of: hozier, bastille, ghost, him/ville valo, florence + the machine, purity ring....
11. What music did you used to listen to before getting into kpop?
-- lots of japanese rock (which i still listen to but not like i used to lol)
13. Which group did you used to think was overrated but ended up loving?
-- exo lol
15. What aspects of kpop make you cringe/feel secondhand embarrassment?
-- the toxic stan culture. like to the point that that person lives and breathes kpop or a specific group (am i talking about a lot of bts fans? yes.). the fancam posts.
17. Which concepts do you hate?
-- haven’t really found ones i mega hate.
19. What do you look for in a bias?
-- god idk lol all my biases are so different from each other i feel like... visual weirdos?
21. What are you opinions on shipping?
-- i know kpop companies/groups ~encourage~ it to a degree and i’ve jokingly referred to members as boyfriends but outside of jokes, i don’t actually ship anyone.
23. Has anyone ever made fun of you or looked at you weird for liking kpop?
-- absolutely lol
25. How long does it take you to learn the names of each member in a group?
-- depends on how interested i am in the group
27. If you could hang out with one idol, who would you hang out with?
-- honestly.... none lol
29. What name from your native language would you give your ult bias?
-- my native language is english so there’s nothing unique or cool i’d call him lol.
