Lansing-Dreiden - The Incomplete Triangle (2004) So many emotions tied to this record. First I just really love it, but it and the band never seems to have gotten the recognition they deserve, and that’s always been frustrating. Their blend of synthpop, new romantic, new wave, psychedelic pop, and post-punk apparently came too early for most audiences and critics such as Pitchfork, who originally panned this record and called it pretentious.
