Hey I think I might have hypermobility but I'm not sure and I don't know what to do? I've always been very flexible but I also often have pain in the flexible areas. My hips are a big problem, they'll sometimes pop out and are very prone to pain. It gets to the point where it's almost too painful to walk. What should I do? Thank you ^,^

I don’t really have any experience with this, but I know many of our followers do.  Hopefully they can help.  Also you might try talking to @chronicillnessproblems as I know she has quite a bit of experience with this.

That's sounds really cool! I'm planning on drawing a piece for each of my Alters, incorporating things that remind me of each of them or things I know they like. I'd like to post it here! I'm excited to see what you post! ~Michael

Today my girlfriend did something absolutely amazing. For four years she has been EXTREMELY triggered by washing dishes, I'm not going to say why, because that's not my business to tell, but as of right now, she is washing dishes, not just a few, but a lot, and I'm so proud of her.
