today I found out that joe keery is a musician - I had no fucking clue. and my second thought, after 'wait, really?' was 'I wonder if lisa knows.. why didnt she tell me with all of those posts of hers?'

I only just found out like a week ago!! I think his band is called Djo? Or maybe it's his stage name? I'm not sure. It got referenced in a bunch of Stranger Things fic and I was like, why is everyone misspelling Dio like this to hurt me lmao. All of my Joe Keery knowledge is incidental to the absolute mountains of Eddie Munson content that crosses my dash every day btw. (But he's very fun in Free Guy!)

I could be extremely overinvested in him and Joseph Quinn teaming up to reinvent the Wet Bandits as a dual lead guitar ensemble a la Wyld Stallyns, though. Just if the universe is listening.

What type of gin do you prefer?

Tanqueray is my go-to London Dry; it's a classic for a reason, I have a certain affection for heavy juniper lean, and you can't beat the price tag

The Botanist is probably my favourite Dry, Aviation's decent too

Collective Arts always does neat stuff with their flavoured gins, though I find they're a bit hit or miss

gotta shout out Georgian Bay, too, their London Dry is pretty good and I'm a sucker for a Cranberry Gin Smash on a lake day

I remember the first time I read 'You and Me.' Its such a wonderfully random basis for a fic. And it plays out in such a delightfully funny and sweet story that still brings a smile to my face with every re-read. -- I really like this line from ch 1: "It’s the moment you realize you want to know what it’s like to kiss her."

Y&M was so random i wasn’t sure if it would be too silly to work, but it was also delightfully fun to write XD. Pining lexa is A+ material to work with.
